We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Process

Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Affix the label to the package, ensuring it is visible and securely sealed.
Drop off the Package: Drop off your package at the nearest Royal Mail or DPD drop-off location. You can find the nearest drop-off points on the Royal Mail and DPD websites.
Return Shipping Cost: If you’ve changed your mind about the item, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the merchant.
Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7] business days.
